Success with the camera!!
I took my camera to class with my last night and got some tips from a lovely lady called Beth. She's taking a photography course and gave me advice on my picture taking.
I finally feel confident that I can get the best shots possible if i have the right light.
so here is some listings of my work INCLUDING a new crochet wire necklace.

Quick hello!!
To all my new followers, I am chuffed and humbled that you follow me.
I would make a longer post but the dog is currently angling for attention and its hard to blog when she is sat on the keyboard.

Selling for Charity
As you may or may not know, I took up jewellery making in the hope I could raise money for the animal rescue who gave me my beloved dog Peaches. Many Tears are a small rescue in south wales.
http://manytearsrescue.webs.com/
So I decided to blog about others who work for charity's.
Hennie and Claire have a shop called pink sun flower
http://www.misi.co.uk/handmade/pinksunflower.html
this donates to either cancer or epilepsy research.
Hennis also has this shop
http://www.nimbleneedles.co.uk/
which donates to a fund in memory of her son.
its nice to know that people are putting their talents to a good use.

Promised pictures
Here is the promised picture of my RAW bracelet. It is made with swarovski citrine crystals and green myuki seed beads.
I am going to post it up on my Folksy shop along with a few other makes from me.
I am sat here avidly watching the news, I won't go into political beliefs here but I do wish they would get a move on. The economy is obviously affecting myself and my other crafters but in my sense it means lack of sales = lack of donation ot Many Tears.

You are always on my mind.....
I am attempting to lose weight and as per usual all I can think of is chocolate!
So to take my mind off, I am going to attempt a new russian spiral necklace. It could go horribly horribly wrong....

Subject close to my heart
I'm going to post this in a few places because it means so much to me.
This afternoon a cat was knocked down in the road by me, long story short it was rushed to the vets and has been put down. Now this cat had no collar on so we had no means of identifying it. We thought it was out next door neighbours and we got hold of them and they rushed home. It turns out it isnt there cat. So alot of heartache was caused because the cat didnt have so much as a collar on.
What shocked me was when i asked the people who helped get the cat to the vets and even my neighbour NON OF THEM have their animals chipped. Now god forbid anything happened to Peaches while i wasnt about i at least know that she is chipped. It's such a little thing but can save so much heartache.

I have finally gotten round to finishing off my RAW bracelet i started weeks ago in class. i am planning on getting some pictures of it today and if they turn out alright i will post it on Folksy later.

Caged Beads
A beginning?
I've decided to try and keep both of my blogs updated, the one on Busymitts i think i will mainly use for showing off projects. This one will be more of a record of what i have learned.
The favourite of my new techniques i have learned recently is how to make caged beads.... i've just had a thought let me go find my camera!
